Laban Nkete

Laban Nkete is a South Africa long-distance runner, born on November 13, 1970. He competes primarily in the 5000m, 10000m and Semi.

His personal bests include 13:32.00 in the 5000m, 28:26.20 in the 10000m, 1:01:35 in the Semi, 2:12:30 in the Marathon and 43:39 in the 15Kilometr. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing South Africa.
