Kumar Shanmugeshwaran

Kumar Shanmugeshwaran is a Sri Lanka long-distance runner, born on November 16, 1991. He competes primarily in the 5000m, 10000m and Marathon.

His personal bests include 14:27.05 in the 5000m, 30:27.11 in the 10000m and 2:25:48 in the Marathon. He has earned 2 gold medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Sri Lanka.
