Keston Bledman

Keston Bledman is a Trinidad & Tobago sprinter, born on March 8, 1988 in San Fernando, Trinidad and Tobago. Standing 1.80 m and weighing 88 kg, He competes primarily in the 100m, 200m and 4x100m.

His personal bests include 9.85 in the 100m, 20.73 in the 200m, 37.91 in the 4x100m, 6.62 in the 60m and 1:21.87 in the 4x200Metre. He has earned 8 gold, 8 silver and 5 bronze medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Trinidad & Tobago.
