Ken Nason

Ken Nason is a Ireland middle-distance runner, born on March 29, 1972. He competes primarily in the 800m, 1500m and Mile.

His personal bests include 1:48.82 in the 800m, 3:40.34 in the 1500m, 3:58.09 in the Mile, 8:55.24 in the 3000mSt and 3:54.38 in the 1500Metres. He has earned 1 gold medal in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Ireland.
