Julius Ochieng

Julius Ochieng is a Uganda middle-distance runner, born on April 15, 1990. He competes primarily in the 800m, 1500m and 5000m.

His personal bests include 1:57.1h in the 800m, 3:48.16 in the 1500m, 14:13.54 in the 5000m, 29:59.0h in the 10000m and 1:05:11 in the Semi. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Uganda.
