His personal bests include 20.78 in the 200m, 44.83 in the 400m, 50.90 in the 400mH, 2:58.68 in the 4x400m and 3:09.76 in the 4x400Metre. He has earned 3 gold and 2 bronze medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Nigeria.
