John Woods

John Woods is a Ireland long-distance runner, born on December 8, 1955. He competes primarily in the 5000m, 10000m and Semi.

His personal bests include 13:36.51 in the 5000m, 28:14.71 in the 10000m, 1:04:19 in the Semi and 2:11:30 in the Marathon. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Ireland.
