His personal bests include 3:57.51 in the 1500m, 14:00.20 in the 5000m, 28:42.54 in the 10000m, 1:05:57 in the Semi and 2:14:19 in the Marathon. He has earned 2 bronze medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Colombia.
