Joel Otim

Joel Otim is a Uganda sprinter, born on July 2, 1971. He competes primarily in the 100m, 200m and 400m.

His personal bests include 10.94 in the 100m, 22.32 in the 200m and 48.03 in the 400m. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Uganda.
