João Almeida

João Almeida is a POR hurdler, born on April 5, 1988. He competes primarily in the 110mH, HJ and 60mH.

His personal bests include 13.47 in the 110mH, 2.06 in the HJ, 7.66 in the 60mH, 7.00 in the 60m and 14.17 in the 110MetresH. He has earned 8 gold medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing POR.
