Jevgenijs Turkins is a Latvia long-distance runner, born on December 31, 1985. He competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and 10000m.

His personal bests include 8:50.2h in the 3000m, 15:44.36 in the 5000m, 31:55.79 in the 10000m and 2:25:22 in the Marathon. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Latvia.
