Jane Richards is a Hong Kong SAR China long-distance runner. He competes primarily in the 5000m and Marathon.

His personal bests include 17:48.86 in the 5000m and 3:05:25 in the Marathon. He ranks 5th all-time in the 5000m for Hong Kong SAR China. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Hong Kong SAR China.
