Ilia Tiapkin is a Kyrgyzstan long-distance runner, born on August 2, 1991. He competes primarily in the 3000m, 10000m and Semi.

His personal bests include 8:47.48 in the 3000m, 31:09.45 in the 10000m, 1:05:53 in the Semi, 2:17:05 in the Marathon and 9:41.09 in the 3000mSt. He has earned 1 gold and 1 bronze medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Kyrgyzstan.
