Herder Vasquez

Herder Vasquez is a Colombia middle-distance runner, born on June 20, 1967. He competes primarily in the 1500m, 5000m and 10000m.

His personal bests include 3:55.21 in the 1500m, 13:43.95 in the 5000m, 27:56.10 in the 10000m, 1:01:29 in the Semi and 2:19:03 in the Marathon. He has earned 3 gold medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Colombia.
