Hélio Vaz is a Portugal sprinter, born on May 1, 1991. He competes primarily in the 200m, 110mH and LJ.

His personal bests include 22.93 in the 200m, 13.87 in the 110mH, 6.41 in the LJ, 7.94 in the 60mH and 7.19 in the 60m. He has earned 2 gold medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Portugal.
