Haydar Dogan is a Türkiye long-distance runner, born on March 3, 1969. He competes primarily in the 5000m, 10000m and 15Kilometr.

His personal bests include 14:20.71 in the 5000m, 29:23.45 in the 10000m, 47:58 in the 15Kilometr and 49:06 in the 10MilesRoa. He has earned 1 silver medal in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Türkiye.
