Hashem Zikry

Hashem Zikry is a Egypt long-distance runner, born on November 1, 1990. He competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and Marathon.

His personal bests include 8:49.01 in the 3000m, 14:54.72 in the 5000m, 2:26:48 in the Marathon and 8:49.01 in the 3000Metres. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Egypt.
