Freddie Williams is a Canada middle-distance runner, born on February 24, 1962 in Cape Town, South Africa. Standing 1.70 m and weighing 62 kg, He competes primarily in the 800m, 4x400m and 800MetresS.

His personal bests include 1:45.13 in the 800m, 3:03.68 in the 4x400m, 1:47.91 in the 800MetresS, 2:24.58 in the 1000m and 2:24.58 in the 1000Metres. He has earned 2 gold medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Canada.
