Frank Fredericks

Frank Fredericks is a Namibia sprinter, born on October 2, 1967. He competes primarily in the 100m, 200m and 400m.

His personal bests include 9.85 in the 100m, 19.68 in the 200m, 46.28 in the 400m, 38.24 in the 4x100m and 3:04.89 in the 4x400Metre. He has earned 28 gold, 17 silver and 5 bronze medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Namibia.
