Francis Yiga

Francis Yiga is a Uganda long-distance runner, born on February 19, 1982. He competes primarily in the 10000m, Semi and 10Kilometr.

His personal bests include 30:05.35 in the 10000m, 1:03:04 in the Semi and 30:33 in the 10Kilometr. He has earned 1 silver medal in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Uganda.
