Florence Kiplagat is a Kenya middle-distance runner, born on February 27, 1987 in Keiyo District, Kenya. Standing 1.55 m and weighing 42 kg, She competes primarily in the 1500m, 3000m and 5000m.

Her personal bests include 4:09.0h in the 1500m, 8:40.72 in the 3000m, 14:40.14 in the 5000m, 30:11.53 in the 10000m and 1:05:09 in the Semi. She has earned 8 gold, 5 silver and 1 bronze medals in major international competitions. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Kenya.
