Fancy Chemutai is a Kenya long-distance runner, born on March 20, 1995. She competes primarily in the 10000m, Semi and Marathon.

Her personal bests include 31:10.20 in the 10000m, 1:04:52 in the Semi, 2:18:11 in the Marathon and 30:06 in the 10Kilometr. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Kenya.
