Emmanuel Rubayiza

Emmanuel Rubayiza is a Rwanda sprinter, born on October 29, 1977. He competes primarily in the 200m, 400m and 400MetresS.

His personal bests include 22.17 in the 200m, 49.20 in the 400m and 50.25 in the 400MetresS. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Rwanda.
