Emil Oustad

Emil Oustad is a Norway sprinter, born on July 20, 1989. He competes primarily in the 400m, 800m and 1500m.

His personal bests include 48.84 in the 400m, 1:48.52 in the 800m, 3:59.91 in the 1500m, 3:59.91 in the 1500Metres and 1:50.73 in the 800MetresS. He has earned 3 gold medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Norway.
