Emerson Iser Bem

Emerson Iser Bem is a Brazil long-distance runner, born on July 7, 1973. He competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and 10000m.

His personal bests include 7:58.12 in the 3000m, 13:35.43 in the 5000m, 28:41.63 in the 10000m, 1:01:14 in the Semi and 2:17:51 in the Marathon. He has earned 1 silver medal in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Brazil.
