Elsa Monteroso

Elsa Monteroso is a Guatemala middle-distance runner, born on December 13, 1971. He competes primarily in the 1500m, 5000m and 10000m.

His personal bests include 4:34.55 in the 1500m, 17:03.41 in the 5000m, 35:54.46 in the 10000m, 1:18:55 in the Semi and 35:24 in the 10Kilometr. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Guatemala.
