Elliott Quow

Elliott Quow is a United States sprinter, born on March 3, 1962. He competes primarily in the 100m, 200m and 400m.

His personal bests include 10.30 in the 100m, 20.16 in the 200m, 46.30 in the 400m, 33.17 in the 300m and 33.17 in the 300MetresS. He has earned 1 gold and 2 silver medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing United States.
