Efrem Gidey

Efrem Gidey is a Ireland middle-distance runner, born on September 3, 2000. He competes primarily in the 1500m, Mile and 3000m.

His personal bests include 3:47.93 in the 1500m, 4:04.26 in the Mile, 7:58.11 in the 3000m, 13:23.83 in the 5000m and 27:26.95 in the 10000m. He has earned 2 gold medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Ireland.
