Dominik Chlupáč is a Czechia long-distance runner. He competes primarily in the Semi, Marathon and 10Kilometr.

His personal bests include 1:09:37 in the Semi, 2:32:15 in the Marathon and 32:29 in the 10Kilometr. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Czechia.
