His personal bests include 21.53 in the 200m, 44.13 in the 400m, 2:55.99 in the 4x400m, 45.59 in the 400MetresS and 1:03.98 in the 500Metres. He has earned 8 gold and 1 bronze medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing United States.
