Denides Vélez

Denides Vélez is a Puerto Rico long-distance runner, born on July 17, 1986. He competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and 10000m.

His personal bests include 8:43.15 in the 3000m, 14:23.49 in the 5000m and 30:04.60 in the 10000m. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Puerto Rico.
