Demy Wit is a Netherlands long-distance runner. He competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and Marathon.
His personal bests include 8:27.99 in the 3000m, 14:38.10 in the 5000m, 2:26:30 in the Marathon, 9:52.25 in the 3000mSt and 15:03 in the 5Kilometre. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Netherlands.
