Christoph Ryffel

Christoph Ryffel is a Switzerland middle-distance runner, born on October 21, 1989. He competes primarily in the 1500m, 3000m and 5000m.

His personal bests include 3:46.85 in the 1500m, 7:53.60 in the 3000m, 14:05.71 in the 5000m, 29:31.85 in the 10000m and 8:20.84 in the 3000Metres. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Switzerland.
