Christine Regis is a Trinidad & Tobago long-distance runner, born on December 15, 1962. He competes primarily in the Semi and Marathon.

His personal bests include 1:28:50 in the Semi and 3:16:22 in the Marathon. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Trinidad & Tobago.
