Christine Day is a Jamaica sprinter, born on August 23, 1986 in Saint Mary Parish, Jamaica. Standing 1.68 m and weighing 51 kg, She competes primarily in the 200m, 400m and 800m.

Her personal bests include 23.73 in the 200m, 50.14 in the 400m, 2:10.9h in the 800m, 46.69 in the 4x100m and 3:19.13 in the 4x400m. She has earned 7 gold, 5 silver and 3 bronze medals in major international competitions. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Jamaica.
