Chris Mhlanga

Chris Mhlanga is a South Africa middle-distance runner, born on July 29, 2001. He competes primarily in the 1500m, 3000m and 5000m.

His personal bests include 3:56.79 in the 1500m, 8:02.42 in the 3000m, 14:13.47 in the 5000m, 29:49.47 in the 10000m and 14:29 in the 5Kilometre. He has earned 2 gold medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing South Africa.
