Chiao Chu Yang is a Taiwan long-distance runner, born on November 27, 1982. He competes primarily in the Semi and Marathon.

His personal bests include 1:26:48 in the Semi and 2:59:20 in the Marathon. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Taiwan.
