Caroline Mhand

Caroline Mhand is a Zimbabwe long-distance runner. He competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and Semi.

His personal bests include 10:01.46 in the 3000m, 17:45.72 in the 5000m, 1:15:30 in the Semi and 33:18 in the 10Kilometr. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Zimbabwe.
