Brian Otim is a Uganda sprinter. He competes primarily in the 100m and 200m.

His personal bests include 11.45 in the 100m and 22.61 in the 200m. He ranks 32nd all-time in the 200m for Uganda. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Uganda.
