Benjamin Maiyo

Benjamin Maiyo is a Kenya long-distance runner, born on October 6, 1978. He competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and 10000m.

His personal bests include 7:32.36 in the 3000m, 13:02.28 in the 5000m, 27:07.55 in the 10000m, 1:01:59 in the Semi and 2:07:09 in the Marathon. He has earned 2 silver and 2 bronze medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Kenya.
