Antonina Yefremova is a Ukraine sprinter, born on July 19, 1981. Standing 1.76 m, She competes primarily in the 200m, 400m and 400mH.

Her personal bests include 23.4h in the 200m, 50.69 in the 400m, 57.48 in the 400mH, 3:26.28 in the 4x400m and 3:31.67 in the 4x400Metre. She has earned 10 gold, 2 silver and 2 bronze medals in major international competitions. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Ukraine.
