Allison Beckford

Allison Beckford is a Jamaica sprinter, born on May 8, 1979 in Westmoreland Parish, Jamaica. She competes primarily in the 200m, 400m and 800m.

Her personal bests include 23.18 in the 200m, 50.83 in the 400m, 2:15.47 in the 800m, 55.12 in the 400mH and 3:22.92 in the 4x400m. She has earned 6 gold, 4 silver and 1 bronze medals in major international competitions. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Jamaica.
