Alla Zadorozhnaya is a Belarus long-distance runner, born on April 4, 1972. He competes primarily in the Semi, Marathon and 5Kilometre.

His personal bests include 1:16:11 in the Semi, 2:33:33 in the Marathon, 17:24 in the 5Kilometre and 54:11 in the 15Kilometr. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Belarus.
