Alex Wright

Alex Wright is a Ireland race walker, born on December 19, 1990. He competes primarily in the 20kmW, 35kmW and 50kmW.

His personal bests include 1:20:50 in the 20kmW, 2:36:29 in the 35kmW, 3:48:31 in the 50kmW, 20:26 in the 5Kilometre and 11:06.69 in the 3000Metres. He has earned 11 gold medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Ireland.
