Aleksandra Vojnevska is a North Macedonia sprinter, born on May 2, 1981. He competes primarily in the 100m, 200m and 4x100m.

His personal bests include 11.74 in the 100m, 23.75 in the 200m, 47.97 in the 4x100m and 7.87 in the 60m. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing North Macedonia.
