Abdallah Kibet Mande

Abdallah Kibet Mande is a Uganda long-distance runner, born on May 10, 1995. He competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and 10000m.

His personal bests include 7:48.12 in the 3000m, 13:30.96 in the 5000m, 27:22.89 in the 10000m, 1:00:14 in the Semi and 43:35 in the 15Kilometr. He has earned 1 gold and 1 silver medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Uganda.
